Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Most of our members start as complete beginners.
    All classes are instructor-led, with options and modifications given throughout. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Comfortable activewear you can move in.
    Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety (you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio).

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class.
    If it’s your first session, we recommend 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer safely.

    Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.

  • Reformer Pilates strengthens, tones and builds lean muscle while improving posture and core strength.
    Combined with consistency and a balanced lifestyle, it can absolutely support fat loss and body confidence.

  • In most cases, yes. Reformer is low impact and excellent for rehabilitation-style strength.
    Please inform your instructor before class so we can adapt exercises safely.

    If you have a medical condition, we recommend checking with your GP first.

  • Iceland’s Car park - 90 minutes free

    Oak Road Carpark - Free before 9 and after 6. Also free at weekends

    Behind the studio - Usually empty early mornings & evenings, Sunday/Monday
